Free delivery is provided on pre-tax orders exceeding $150, subject to certain conditions as detailed below.

In the event of extra shipping charges, customers will be provided with a quote. If the additional cost is not acceptable, customers can opt to cancel the order for a full refund.

Please note that the Rigging Shoppe only ships within Canada.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours whenever feasible.

The typical delivery period within Canada ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please note that this might incur additional charges.

Oversized, overweight items such as anchors, barbeques, chain etc. can be shipped, but will be subject to oversized applicable freight charges. 

Hazardous Items - *HAZ*

Hazardous or toxic items (*HAZ*) such as paint, flares, fire extinguishers, epoxies, compressed gas and some maintenance products may not be economical or allowed shipping depending on regulations and destination. We will contact you if this is an issue.
