FREE SHIPPING applies to orders shipped within metropolitan areas only, within continental Canada. Oversized and overweight items are exempt from this offer, and we will contact via email if an item you have ordered falls into these categories (ie. anchors and items over 48" long) BEFORE we process any charges to your credit card.

We ship via UPS within Canada and the USA. We will make every attempt to ship your product out of our building within 24 hours if it is in stock. Most orders can be expected to be received within 2 to 5 business days in Canada, and  5 to 7 business days in the USA. We calculate shipping charges by the retail value of your purchases. Some locations outside of metropolitan areas may be subject to additional shipping charges, of which we will let you know before we ship. If you request your order to be shipped faster or via another carrier, then it will be subject to additional shipping costs in most circumstances.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS:

You can save the shipping charges by placing your order on-line and picking it up in person at the store. Please allow us time to process your order and inform you when it is ready.

HAZARDOUS ITEMS:

Hazardous or toxic items such as paint, flares, fire extinguishers, epoxies, compressed gas and some maintenance products may not be economical or allowed to be shipped depending on regulations and destination. We will contact you if it is not feasible or cost effective to ship you.

OVERSIZED FREIGHT:

Oversized, overweight items such as anchors, barbeques, chain etc. can be shipped, but will be subject to oversized applicable freight charges. These items are exempt from any FREE SHIPPING offers.  We will contact you via email if the product you have ordered falls into this category.  Please email us with your specific purchase request including part#, quantity required and your Postal Code to ship to, and we will provide you with a prompt freight quote on a per-item basis.

SHIPPING TAX:

Ontario residents will pay 5% GST+8% PST on shipping rates. All other provinces and territories will have only 5% GST added.

Residents of USA are PST and GST exempt.  Your individual state taxes may be applicable as product enters the US.
